Field Service Technician - Construction Equipment

Role Overview:

• Accountable for efficiently and effectively carrying out scheduled maintenance and mechanical repairs as required.

• Provide high quality services and maintenance within acceptable time frames.

• Accountable for maintaining excellent working relationships with customers, fellow employees and external suppliers.

• Be dedicated and display a high level of skill when performing required tasks.

• Responsible for ensuring the highest practicable standards in health and safety in the workplace.

• Take an active role in safety and the control of risks, and the dissemination of information. This includes the regular monitoring of hazards and workplace conditions in line with company policy.

Required Qualifications & Experience: 

• Relevant trade certificate as a HD Mechanic 

• Industry experience - working with VOLVO Construction Equipment or alike 

• A commitment to safety in the workplace for you and your teammates 

• Experience using computer-based service diagnostic programs and parts catalogues

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
