We have an opportunity for a collaborative Finance Business Partner to partner our Operations and Supply Chain teams providing business performance analysis, productivity tracking and insights, whilst strengthening our costing processes across the Operations & Supply Chain functions. Day to day you’ll partner the site with their budgeting and forecasting and help to identify opportunities to improve site production costs and wastage. As we continue our Operational Excellence journey, you’ll be the key financial support across a number of productivity projects and be empowered to add significant value to find cost savings and productivity solutions. Additionally, you will be working the month-end process, providing information to the Accounting and FP&A teams on actual cost and deviations from forecast and budget as well as productivity tracking and month-end reporting. Skills & ExperienceIdeally to be successful in the role you will have:• Finance Business Partnering experience partnering Supply Chain/Operations teams in an FMCG environment• In-depth expertise in costing, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders• A collaborative approach, with the confidence to coach and build strong relationships across the business• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving and delivering fit-for-purpose improvements• Degree qualified in Finance or Business This is the perfect role for a seasoned costing expert who thrives in the dynamic world of food and beverage manufacturing and is passionate about driving meaningful change.
