Primary Purpose of This Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Accountant to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for financial reporting, accounts receivable and payable, credit card transaction posting, cost control, and general ledger maintenance. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Chinese and preferably have experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including payment collection, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
Post and reconcile corporate credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to support cash flow.
Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Support cost control by tracking actual vs. budgeted spending and analyzing variances.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Continuously improve financial processes and support internal control initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience, including AR, AP, and cost management.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficiency in SAP or other major ERP systems is strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent Excel skills and good command of office software.
High attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a multinational company or shared services environment.
Knowledge of local tax compliance and intercompany accounting.
