Flexographic Printer

With multiple locations nationwide, insignia is widely recognised as experts in identification and traceability, and work with world-leading brands in thermal printing, barcoding, data capture, marking & coding. 

We seek a qualified Flexographic Printer to join our dedicated Label Converting department, based at our Brisbane Head Office in Wakerley. The hours for this position are Monday to Thursday (5:30 am to 4:00 pm).

About the role:

You will be responsible for producing high-quality custom-designed labels by operating flexographic presses in our climate-controlled press room. You will follow all processes safely and efficiently to ensure that all labels produced meet order and quality specifications and satisfy our customers’ requirements.

About you

• Certificate III in Printing.
• You will have previous experience in flexographic printing.
• Ideal candidates will have experience operating equipment such as Omet, Mark Andy, Rotoflex, Gallus, Nilpeter, and in-line turrets.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• You can work autonomously, be relied upon, and be a motivated team player.
• Previous experience in the Label industry would be highly regarded.
• Ability to work under pressure and to read and follow job ticket instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
