• Title of position: Customer Service Attendant

• Reporting to: Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

Our customer service attendants are responsible for delivering high standards of customer service to our customers. Specifically, your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting guests with a friendly and respectful manner.

• Setting tables.

• Serving food and beverages.

• Informing the kitchen staff of any allergies, food requirements, complaints or changes to orders.

• Ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant.

• Maintaining a comfortable dining environment.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous hospitality experience is great, however not essential.

• Willing to work hard and have a positive attitude.

• Must have eligibility to work in Australia.
