We are currently seeking the services of reliable and experienced Security Officers to join our team in Sydney.
About the Role
The primary functions of this role will include, but are not limited to:
Providing high quality customer service and support
General security duties including administration tasks
Building and maintaining tenant and client relationships
Interact with various stakeholders including client representatives, building and facilities management, contractors, emergency services, employees and the general public
Responding to emergency & medical situations
Available to work 24/7
Skills and Experience
To be successful, you will have excellent verbal and written English skills with the ability to work flexible hours (rotating shifts). You will also have excellent desktop and communications skills and have a passion for customer service delivery which will exceed client expectations and set the bar high.
You will also possess:
Current NSW Security Licence
Current First Aid
Team orientated nature and excellent communication skills
The ability and confidence to respond to emergency & medical situations
Excellent presentation and grooming
Drive and motivation to improve services and processes as required
High-level customer service focus with a "can-do" attitude
Professional with excellent interpersonal skills and respectful attitude towards team members, customers, and clients
