HUGO BOSS Australia are seeking a passionate and organised Full Time Store Operations Coordinator to join us at our high performing HUGO BOSS Chadstone location. Combine your expertise in stock management, administrative prowess, and people skills to drive excellence in our retail operations. What you can expect:

• Execute all deliveries with precision, ensuring receiving and processing procedures align with company standards. Conduct regular stock audits, identify and process faulty products, and maintain high standards in all back-of-house areas.
• Collaborate with management to strategically place products on the shop floor, optimizing visual merchandising and enhancing customer experience.
• Support management with administrative tasks, including the creation of staff rosters and management of timecards, ensuring efficient workforce scheduling and adherence to labor regulations.
• Coach and train the team on best practice stock integrity in line with our stock processes
• Uphold The HUGO BOSS Values, policies and procedures. Leverage your people management skills to direct work and foster a safe and productive work environment, guiding team members in best practices.

Your profile:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence
• Prior experience working within a stock environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage time and workload across the store
• Ability to handle a high volume, fast-paced workload with competing priorities.
