Automatic Remote Access is an Australian owned company that has grown and expanded its manufacturing footprint making ARA one of the most influential contenders in the custom garage door industry. The successful candidate will be required to work from the fun office space we have set up within our Braeside showroom. On the job training will be provided, to bring the successful candidate to speed.
The Role: Garage Door Installers - several position available
· Assemble and build premium ARA doors and products!
· Onsite garage door installation Commercial and Domestic
· Operate machinery & equipment (automated and manual)
· Cutting, measuring, and fixing
· Use hand tools and other equipment for assembly of doors.
· Assist other operational areas as needed.
· Attend and carry out general garage door services & trouble shoot as required
· Assemble ARA products in line with existing operating procedures.
· Support operational processes and have an eye for details.
· Maintain a zero – tolerance approach to any breach of health and safety standards.
· Ensuring all paperwork and documentation is recorded correctly.
· Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
· Ensure completion of scheduled work and safety guidelines
· Have a clear understanding of our products.
· Occasional Saturday work (optional)
Skills and experience
· Current forklift and driver’s license/Manual transmission highly regarded but not essential.
· Fast learner with ability to work within a team.
· Enthusiastic attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
· Ability to communicate effectively in a team.
· Physically fit to do manual handling of stock.
