GENERAL ASSISTANT AT BLATCH'S ORANGE (BEARINGS, AUTOMOTIVE, INDUSTRIAL)

We’re looking for great assistant to support our Orange team!

THE ROLE

We’re seeking an entry-level, general assistant for our Orange store. No prior knowledge is required. This is a full-time role, and you would be expected to work Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday mornings.

CANDIDATES

You must have:

·          A current driver’s license.

·          An interest in cars, mechanics, trucks, machinery, metal work and/or farming

·          Absolute reliability

·          Flexibility for early starts or Saturday work

·          Great presentation

·          Great verbal and written communication

·          Moderate computer skills

·          Strong basic maths

·          You should be able to think quickly on your feet

·          Physically strong and fit

ABOUT US

Blatch’s, established in 1952, is a third-generation, Australian-owned family business with stores in Orange and Parkes. We supply bearings, automotive, agricultural and industrial products such as bearings, vee belts, roller chain, pulleys, sprockets, filters and oils, automotive and trailer spares, pneumatics, and more. We service agriculture, industry, automotive, civil, mining, food production and manufacturing.
