The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to coordinate the daily operations of Patient Support Services at our site. In this key role, you’ll oversee tasks such as patient transfers, departmental cleaning, and staff rostering, while ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and service delivery.

You’ll work closely with staff and clinical teams to support smooth, efficient operations, providing training and guidance as needed. Your ability to manage priorities, maintain compliance with health and safety standards, and respond to emerging needs will be vital to the success of this role.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Meet essential requirements as outlined in the Position Description
  • Candidates must have Australian work rights (citizens, permanent residents, or valid work visa). Permanent roles are open to Australian citizens and permanent residents, while temporary and casual roles welcome applicants with a visa.
  • This is a NSW Health Category A position which requires immunisation and Tuberculosis (TB) screening. Refer to NSW Health OASV Policy (Page 12) for a complete list of required vaccines.
