About Us:

As a Warehouse Worker, you'll be an integral part of our daily operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products, while providing excellent service to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

Stock Management: Receipt and checking of stock deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Breaking Down Boxes: Safely break down large boxes to handpick products for easy storage and picking.

Product Storage: Accurately store products in the designated bin locations, ensuring products are organized and easy to locate.

Showroom Replenishment: Regularly replenish stock in the showroom as required, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and well-presented.

Order Picking & Packing: Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail, preparing items for both shipping and customer pickup.

Booking Freight: Coordinate and book freight for outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Customer Communication: Notify customers when their orders are ready for pickup, providing them with all necessary details.

Supplier Liaison: Communicate with suppliers regarding order timeframes and stock updates, ensuring smooth operations.

Counter Sales: Assist customers at the counter, providing product information and processing sales when needed.

Phone Handling: Answer incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently.

Team Collaboration: Be flexible and willing to support with whatever tasks are needed throughout the day. We all pitch in to ensure the warehouse operates smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player with a can-do attitude, who enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes safely.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
- Customer service experience is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
