For more information, visit www.jaggaer.com At JAGGAER, the Growth Marketing Manager leads regional growth marketing with a focus on driving both installed base and new logo sales growth. This role is responsible for partnering with sales leaders across APAC, through vertical and regional marketing programs that increase engagement, new business and accelerated sales cycles. You will help build the go-to-market strategy across the region and lead cross-functional initiatives to execute strategic priorities. Position Responsibilities:Help drive the go-to-market strategy, planning, resourcing and budgeting of regionally focused account-based experience (ABX) and demand gen programs.Develop and deliver the regional marketing plan for APAC, including local execution of global campaigns as well as development and delivery of regional specific campaigns and events.Build and expand partnerships with sales development teams, and customer success managers to drive mid-to-late stage pipeline and expand footprint with existing and new enterprise customers.Develop local relationships and drive co-funded activities with both technology and systems integrator partners.Closely integrate with senior sales executives to ensure they have support and collaborate on the strategic direction of regional go to market strategies.Help to build foundation for growth marketers to run successful 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABX programs to cross-sell applications and expand annual recurring revenue with new and existing accounts.Lead cross-functional initiatives to execute strategic priorities in partnership with corporate marketing, content marketing, marketing operations, customer success, sales, product marketing and product management.Select, budget and approve strategy for industry/regional events, CABs, executive workshops, and field and industry webinars. Approve and budget for paid media opportunities with industry publications, associations, industry influencers and other third parties that impact in-market opportunities.Influence the onboarding and enablement of sales and marketing tools across the regional team that helps drive next-gen marketing campaigns.Deliver analysis on Marketing's pipeline and revenue contribution by region, industry and ICP to sales leadership. Prepare and deliver presentations to the senior leadership team. Requirements:5+ years of field or growth marketing experience preferably at high-growth B2B SaaS global technology companiesBS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, or similar disciplines; Enterprise SaaS or supply chain marketing experience is a major plusAdvanced knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation (Salesforce + Pardot preferred)Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills to help the development of individual team members and drive a positive and effective team dynamic.Experience with an ABM/ABX platform (e.g. 6sense, Demand Base) to orchestrate buyer intent-driven campaigns preferredExperience leveraging content hub and customer experience tools tailored to the buyer’s journey and social advocacy tools to drive account engagementTrack record of consistently delivering measurable results and making data driven decisionsProven experience working with sales teamsDemonstrated analytical approach, understanding of core marketing and pipeline metricsAbility to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentFlexibility to quickly adapt and align with business needsOrganizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless executionExcellent project management skills and a proven ability to hit deadlines on complex projectsPossess a high degree of initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulnessExcellent written and verbal communication skills What We Offer:At JAGGAER you’ll find great benefits, empowering culture, flexible work environment, much more!
