Vishal The Razor King Salon trading as ANJU HAIR & BEAUTY is actively seeking a talented and passionate hairdresser to join our dynamic and professional team. Nestled in the heart of Melbourne, our salon is known for its dedication to client satisfaction and creating stunning hair transformations. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment and prioritize ongoing training to enhance your skills in all aspects of hairdressing.

Tasks:

• Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and offer expert advice on styles, cuts, and treatments.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of hairdressing and styling products, and educate clients about the process and benefits.
• Perform precision cutting, styling, coloring, and other techniques to deliver exceptional results.
• Maintain the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness in your work area, tools, and the salon overall.
• Manage client appointments effectively to ensure a seamless experience for every customer.
• Foster a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues to maintain an uplifting atmosphere in the salon.
• Showcase your creativity and skill through a social media presence or portfolio of previous work (a bonus but not mandatory).

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Formal qualification in hairdressing (Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a hairdresser with a portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced salon environment.
