Handyman Maintenance

$80,000-$100,000 Salary + BONUSES + OVERTIME + FUEL CARD + WORK PHONE

MUST HAVE:

• Extensive experience in handyman and maintenance (hanging doors, bathroom renovations, basin installations, cabinetry, window replacements/repairs, painting, tiling, plastering, flooring, basic plumbing, flood testing (leak detection), flashing/guttering repairs/replacements, pergolas, decking. All maintenance tasks.

• OWN TOOLS AND UTE SETUP.

• Fast working pace and quick on their feet. Can get jobs done quickly and thoroughly.

• Listens to instruction and can take criticism.

• Ownership for their work 

• Client liaison and can represent the business in a professional manner.

• Clean and tidy.

• Honest.

• Able to adapt to new situations and is flexible.

• Can work well on their own.

In this role, you will be given a work phone and fuel card. You will have access to an app where you have set jobs throughout the day. You are required to attend each job, submit photos and complete the works required of you.
