About the role

We have an exciting new opportunity, in our new Perth CFC, for an experienced IT Hardware Coordinator. In this role you will be assisting and supporting the IT support and development teams. The role will involve selecting, procuring, building, deploying and managing Officeworks IT equipment for the CFC. You will be maintaining advanced Supply Chain equipment and act as a point of escalation for all IT hardware related queries and issues. The successful applicant will be based in Perth or willing to relocate to Perth.

About you

As a successful applicant you will possess the following:

Work Experience

  • At least 3 years I.T. Support experience – ideally Retail Industry exposure
  • Experience in a similar hardware coordination role
  • Customer service experience in either retail or an IT call centre environment
  • Experience working cross functionally.
