• Tenant fit out plan review and comments

• Managing our external agents’ operations managers

• Managing capital works programs

• Working side by side with our portfolio property managers  

• Manage operational and capital budgets

Essentials

• Min 5 years’ experience as a senior FM / operations / Tenant co-ordination Manager

• Be solution orientated

• Be a strong communicator

• Detailed in approach
