About the position:

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to take charge of a growing practice area and become the Head of the Property Law Division. You’ll not only oversee a diverse range of property matters – from residential conveyancing to complex commercial transactions and developments – but you’ll also have the opportunity to build and lead your own team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the Property Law division and drive its growth
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of property law matters, including residential, commercial, leasing, and development transactions
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of lawyers and support staff
  • Collaborate with the firm's leadership team on strategic goals
  • Maintain and grow strong client relationships through exceptional service
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in property law, including residential and commercial matters
  • Proven leadership abilities and a desire to manage and grow a team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Admission as a solicitor in Australia
