Deliver a premium tennis experience and elevate community connection at Brisbane’s private members-only health and racquet club.

At Club Coops, we believe in living your legacy and we’re searching for an exceptional leader to become our next Head of Adult Tennis Programs and Member Participation.

This is not just a coaching role.  It’s an opportunity to curate and lead premium tennis experiences for our members, from private lessons and weekly social play to adult fixtures, participation programs, and iconic member events.  You’ll be the driving force behind connection, satisfaction, and retention across the adult tennis journey at Coops.

This role is open to experienced leaders from both within and outside the tennis industry. While a current tennis coaching qualification is essential, you don’t need to be a full-time coach, just someone who understands tennis and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:

•  Design and deliver adult tennis programs exclusively for Club Coops members including Cardio Tennis, Tennis Express, Social Tennis, adult fixtures, and private lessons.

•  Oversee the adult fixture calendar, ensuring an organised, inclusive, and community-centred playing experience.

•  Coordinate and support our private coaching service, aligning members with coaches for a personalised, premium offering.

•  Plan and deliver signature member events such as Club Championships, tournaments, and social occasions that celebrate and connect our community.

•  Work closely with the Membership and Customer Service teams to drive engagement, satisfaction, and long-term member retention.

Who You Are:

•  A strong leader with experience overseeing adult programs in a club or member-based environment.

•  Not necessarily a current tennis coach, but someone with a valid tennis coaching qualification and a deep understanding of the sport.

•  Passionate about delivering a premium member experience through service, connection, and detail.

•  A confident communicator and organiser, comfortable managing calendars, events, and people to the highest standards.

•  Energetic, innovative, and aligned with Club Coops’ commitment to excellence.
