Heavy Vehicle Spare Parts Assistant

With our head office based in Adelaide, we have expanded our operations with permanent warehouse facilities in Sydney and Melbourne.

We are currently looking to expanding our Adelaide team with a Heavy Vehicle Spare Parts Assistant for our busy workshop at the Wingfield depot. This is a Full-Time permanent position.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Issuing parts to technical staff

• General Housekeeping of Parts Store

• Filing and general clerical duties

• Maintaining correct levels of stock

• Assisting in stock takes

• Processing stock orders and locating parts

• Picking up and delivery of parts as required

• Cleanliness of the spare parts store and warehouse

To be successful in this position, you must be able to demonstrate and meet the following criteria:

• Punctual, hardworking and honest

• Strong mechanical knowledge

• Demonstrate good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Work well in a busy workshop environment

• Ability to work well without supervision

• Computer literacy and experience in data entry

• Great time management skills

• Forklift License would be an advantage
