Purpose of the Position

This is a position to manage Geraldton Hire. The position is imperative to build and grow Geraldton Hire's on-site hire service that is currently provided. The Hire Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of onsite hire of our hire fleet including site offices, site toilets, temporary fencing, generators and builders equipment.


Geographical Coverage

Regional Western Australia, permanently based in Geraldton.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service focused, promoting and increasing Geraldton Hire revenue
  • Assist with Geraldton Hire operations, working closely with the Hire Assistant
  • Assist and lead the Geraldton Hire team, via quality assured processes and procedures incorporating safe systems of work
  • Price and schedule ongoing and future work providing great customer service
  • Manage employee performance and people development
  • Manage Fleet Logistics – including maintenance & servicing

Role Specific Competencies

  • Highly organised with great communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
  • Experience with Insphire, SAP B1 and excel highly preferred
  • Ability to work alone and in a team environment
  • Practical experience working within a hire business
  • Experience in a fast paced environment and ability to multi-task
