At Anglicare, we are seeking dedicated Casual Home Care Workers to provide exceptional support to individuals across Lower/Upper Northshore.

In this role you will be travelling to clients' homes and a current NSW drivers' licence and motor vehicle is essential.

Your Role

As a Home Care Worker, you will provide tailored support, including:

  • Personal care, such as showering, dressing and grooming for male and female clients.
  • Preparing and cooking meals and assisting with household tasks.
  • Household duties including washing, ironing, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Providing social support and encouraging engagement in social activities by partnering with clients to maintain their independence and quality of life.
  • Providing Transport - appointments, shopping, and social outings.
  • Providing Respite - being with clients to give their Carers a break.

What You Bring to The Role

  • A genuine passion for caring for others.
  • Previous experience in home care or a willingness to learn.
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging, Home, and Community) desirable.
  • Availability to work across Hills District.
  • A current NSW driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle (essential).
  • Valid First Aid Certificate and a current police check (or willingness to obtain).
