XS Espresso Menai is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Floor Staff/Hosts to join our team! As a key part of our front-of-house crew, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests from the moment they walk in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude.

• Manage reservations and waitlists, ensuring efficient table turnover.

• Escort guests to their seats and provide menus.

• Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and barista team.

• Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining excellent service standards.

• Ensure tables are cleaned and reset for the next guests.

• Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving any concerns professionally.

• Support other team members during peak hours to ensure smooth service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Requirements:

• Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.

• A positive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is a plus but not mandatory.
