What you'll be doing
Handle reservations via phone, email, and in-person while providing detailed information about our services and amenities.
Assist with managing booking systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, check them in and out efficiently, and attend to any inquiries or special requests.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to guarantee that guest accommodations are ready and meet our quality standards.
Process payments and maintain organized financial records of daily transactions.
Address guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
Promote hotel services and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
Assist in administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Skills and experience:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written.
High level of attention to detail.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer systems
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Full working rights in Australia are essential to be considered for the role.
Experience is preferred.
