We are looking for an experienced and capable Housekeeping/Cleaner to join our team at Ashgrove Aged Care Residence. In our well-appointed, modern amenities, and we take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our residents. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee all cleaning and laundry operations, ensuring a commitment to excellence in every task. Experience in an aged care residence or clinical environment is highly desirable.

The ideal candidates will possess the following:

• A strong focus on customer service and person-centred care.

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Empathy towards residents.

• Ability to prioritise tasks and complete work within the allocated timeframe.

• A hands-on approach to support the team when and where needed.

• Knowledge, understanding, and adherence to workplace safety.

• Experience in aged care or hospitality.
