About the Role:

Join a fast-paced, physically demanding role where your strength and stamina are put to good use. Our client, a family-owned waste management company, is seeking physically fit HR Truck Drivers to help collect hard rubbish across Casey, Dandenong, and Yarra Valley. Based out of Wantirna, you’ll be operating rear-lift trucks alongside one or two runners. No rear-lift experience necessary-full training provided!

This is not just a driving job-it's for those who enjoy staying active and don’t mind getting their hands dirty.

What We’re Looking For:

• HR Licence and solid driving experience
• Excellent physical fitness - able to repeatedly lift up to 25kg
• Willingness to work outdoors and handle heavy items
• Safety-focused team players with a strong work ethic
• Reliable and ready to take on a physical workload every day
