The Role: We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator who is in the early stages of their career. This role offers fantastic opportunities to grow and develop your HR skills and experience. You will assist the HR department in delivering day-to-day HR services across Zoos Victoria, focusing on recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining our inclusion and diversity objectives, preparing employment contracts, and providing HRIS support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain and promote inclusion and diversity objectives
- Prepare employment contracts
- Provide HRIS support
- Contribute to the implementation of a new HR and Payroll system, enhancing HR administrative practices
