We are seeking a skilled ICT Support Technician to join our dynamic team.

Tasks & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1/2 technical support to end-users (hardware, software, network issues).
- Demonstrable experience & thorough working knowledge of JIWA Financials.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, workstations, and peripherals.
- Assist in troubleshooting system and network problems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and upgrades.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Oversee our IT needs and implement new IT developments.
- Work with developers to revamp, design, maintain and improve our website.
- Organize and conduct user training for IT related subjects.
- Onboard and implement our QMS Procedures.
- Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems.
- Responding to inquiries about software and hardware issues.
- Adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements on Quality transition project.
Qualifications & experience
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in relevant IT qualifications
- Must have CompTIA A+ certificate
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in an ICT support role.
- Exposure to Surgical Instrument related systems/Industry and remote support tools.
- Proven knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office & Adobe Suite.
- Strong networking, and hardware troubleshooting knowledge.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Implement regulatory European standards on to the workflows & processes.
Desirable:
- Experience with cloud-based services (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, Share Point, Intune/Endpoint).
- Experience on enterprise network systems (e.g. switches, routers, access points, printers).
- Experience on Windows Server systems, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Hybrid Systems.
- Software development skills (specifically web development skills as requiring SQL database understanding, configuration and maintaining, custom applications and scripts to deploy, customize and maintain the company needs using web interface and getting involved with the web site project).
- Experience on Microsoft Excel formulas and VBA, Access Database management tool, Crystal Reports.
- Visionary, proactive and creative to be able to develop and implement solutions.
