• QLD – Territory 1 – Gold Coast/Tweed Heads region – From Coomera down to Kingscliff

• 15 hours per week (flexible days - permanent part time role)

 Australia’s leading natural beauty brand Natio is looking for an experienced Merchandiser to work in Department stores, Priceline, Chemist Warehouse and selected pharmacies.

Natio continues to grow and evolve as a business and brand with a very clear objective in mind - to deliver plant based, simple and effective beauty treatments that are flexible and fit comfortably within today’s diverse lifestyles.

We are looking for a confident, motivated and experienced merchandiser who shares our passion for beauty, to visibly promote and manage the Natio brand within stores.

The main duties of the successful applicant will be to maintain housekeeping of fixtures, merchandising stock and testers, negotiating and improving the Natio in store position whist building and fostering relationships.

Being the face of Natio, good communication skills and the ability to interact with the public is paramount.

This is a hands-on role which involves providing full support to the National Sales Team:

• To manage and maintain a Natio presence instore, through merchandising, cleaning and restocking Natio stands, updating stand collateral, Visual Merchandising displays and promotional space

• Promoting the Natio philosophy and products to customers and store personnel alike

• To upskill and engage all appropriate team members working with the Natio brand with the Natio Online Training School       

The ideal candidate will possess the below skills and attributes:

• Previous merchandising or retail experience is desirable

• Able to work autonomously

• A reasonable level of physical fitness, able to occasionally lift and carry up to 10kgs and stand for long periods of time

• Ability to travel with state and interstate when required

• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail

• Reporting and time management skills

• A proactive and solutions orientated approach to problem solving

• Written and verbal communication to a high level of competency

• Required to follow correct procedures and have full understanding of Natio systems and processes (computer/ipad literacy important)

• Proficiency in maintaining a high level of customer service

• Ability to build and maintain relationships

• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve goals across numerous stores

• High level of professional presentation and conduct

• Personal appearance to be maintained to a high standard

 Essentials that you need:

• A valid Driver’s Licence and a car to travel to and from stores

• A positive attitude.
