Industrial electrician Casual to full time

INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN

Transfo Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced and exceptional industrial Electrician on a Casual to a possible Full-time basis to join our team Brooklyn, reporting to the Maintenance manager.

Role and Responsibility

• Carrying out a variety of electrical repairs/maintenance.

• Providing expert advice to customers on the current condition of their machine and how the business can assist achieve their goals

• Modify existing installations to achieve customer’s goals

• Preventative maintenance on systems as required and closing work order

• Proven ability to think outside the box

• Role may include some tidying and cleaning of workshop 

• Role requires candidate to comply with WHS policies and procedures

Essential Skills and Qualifications 

• Certificate III/IV in Electrical Technology 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering

• Unrestricted, driver’s license

• A grade license

• Know how to read Industrial electrical schematic

• Understand the electrical schematic symbols.

• Understanding safety Equipements

• Experience working with Lenze, Allen Bradley, Siemens, (Drive, PLC programming…)

Desirable

• Willingness to undertake further training highly regarded

• A good level of physical fitness and strength required 

• Permanent Resident or Australian citizenship
