Available Positions:Intermediate Mechanical Engineer (5-7 years’ experience) – Play a pivotal role in HVAC, hydraulics, and fire services design for premium fit-outs.Senior Mechanical Engineer (8+ years’ experience) – Lead projects, drive technical excellence, and mentor junior engineers while shaping future-fit workplace environments. Project Scope:Tier-1 commercial office fit-outs, including major bank headquarters, co-working spaces, and corporate hubs.Sustainability-driven designs, ensuring compliance with Green Star, NABERS, and WELL Building standards.Post-pandemic workspace innovation, with a focus on indoor air quality, flexible HVAC zoning, and energy optimization. Key Responsibilities for Mechanical Engineers: HVAC & Mechanical Services DesignDesign efficient heating, cooling, and ventilation systems tailored to modern workplace needs.Optimize system layouts within tight ceiling voids and retrofit constraints. Hydraulic & Fire Protection EngineeringPlan water supply, drainage, and fire sprinkler systems in coordination with architects and builders. Sustainability IntegrationImplement heat recovery, demand-controlled ventilation, and low-carbon solutions.Ensure compliance with energy efficiency benchmarks (e.g., Section J of the NCC).Coordination & Clash ResolutionWork closely with electrical engineers on BMS integration and smart building systems.Resolve spatial conflicts with architectural and structural elements.Construction OversightConduct site inspections, supervise installations, and ensure quality assurance.Troubleshoot on-site mechanical issues during fit-out execution.
