Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Specialist (Lead Generation) to join our team and drive business growth through effective lead generation strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new leads, pre-warming potential clients, and generating qualified opportunities that can be handed over to the sales team for conversion. The Internal Sales Specialist (Lead Generation) will be an integral part of the National Marketing Team, working closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:Conduct research and identify potential leads across the Infrastructure, Civil Construction, Mining & Quarry sectors.Utilize multiple lead generation strategies to expand Pinnacle Hire's reach (i.e., Telemarketing, data scraping).Telemarketing/Cold Calling: Utilize telemarketing campaigns to target specific industries, job titles, and locations. Approx. 60 calls/day.Data scraping: Use reputable data scraping services to collect contact information from industry-specific websites, directories, or online forums.
Pre-warming Leads:Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within identified industries.Utilize phone, email to pre-warm potential clients about Pinnacle Hire's products and services.
Lead Qualification:Assess the viability of generated leads through research and analysis.Determine which leads are most likely to convert into sales opportunities.
Handover to Sales Team:Document and qualify leads for handover to the sales team.Share detailed insights into the lead's pain points, challenges, and potential opportunities.
Reporting and Analysis:Monitor and report on lead generation metrics (e.g., call activity, email activity, number of leads generated, conversion rates).Analyze data to refine lead generation strategies and improve future performance.
Requirements:
Experience:Proven experience in lead generation, business development or sales.Successful track record of generating high-quality leads and building relationships with potential clients.
Skills:Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.Proficiency in HubSpot Sales CRM software or similar (desirable).
Personal Qualities:Results-driven and target-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.Ability to build rapport with potential clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
