As a result, they are looking to hire an Investment Banking Associate to support transaction execution and client advisory across M&A and capital markets mandates.

  • Build and review detailed financial models, valuations, and investment analyses
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, pitch books, information memoranda, and board materials
  • Conduct strategic industry and company research to support origination and execution
  • Liaise directly with clients, legal advisers, lenders, and internal stakeholders to manage deal processes
  • Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying opportunities and supporting client coverage
Candidate Profile:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in investment banking, project finance, M&A advisory, corporate development, or investment management
  • Direct sector exposure to infrastructure, energy, renewables, utilities or related industries is essential
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capability, with attention to detail and commercial judgement
  • Proven ability to manage complex workstreams and coordinate across stakeholders in high-pressure environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong professional presence
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or a related discipline
