Join a small, high‑impact team where every line of code reaches frontline staff in days, not quarters. Key Responsibilities 1. Angular Development (4 + years)Expert use of Angular 15 + (components, modules, lazy loading, standalone APIs).Reactive programming with RxJS and state management (NgRx, Signals or equivalent).Writing unit, integration and e2e tests (Jest / Cypress).Consuming and designing REST / GraphQL APIs.Implementing secure authentication flows (Firebase Auth, OAuth 2, JWT) and role‑based guards. 2. Ionic Development (2 + years)Building and maintaining Capacitor‑based iOS / Android apps.Integrating native plugins (camera, NFC, geolocation, push notifications).Setting up CI/CD to App Store & Play Console (GitHub Actions, App Center, Bitrise).Implementing offline‑first data strategies and background sync.Profiling, debugging and optimising mobile performance. 3. Project Execution & Agile DevelopmentDevelop and maintain our feature roadmap, keeping it aligned with product strategy and tech trends.Partner with the product manager to scope and deliver technical solutions.Take part in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, retros).Collaborate with design, QA and GIS teams to hit sprint goals.Review user feedback and suggest rapid product improvements. 4. Data Management & AI IntegrationKeep abreast of AI/ML trends; pitch innovations that could level‑up the platform.Support AI‑driven data processing pipelines (Vertex AI, Python micro‑services).Help train, tune and deploy in‑house models that power smart search and auto‑classification.Ensure clean data flow and real‑time sync across mobile and cloud. 5. Client & Stakeholder CollaborationWork with external tech partners to integrate advanced mapping, OCR and IoT features.Gather technical requirements directly from enterprise clients and translate them into dev tickets.Provide tech input for R&D sprints and prototype reviews.Produce concise release & performance reports for the leadership team. Core QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.4 + years professional JavaScript/TypeScript & Angular experience.2 + years shipping Ionic apps (or comparable cross‑platform experience) to production stores.Strong grasp of RESTful API design and consumption.Hands‑on with at least one cloud platform (Firebase / GCP preferred; AWS or Azure welcome).Comfortable in an Agile, pull‑request‑driven workflow. Nice‑to‑HaveMapbox GL JS, Three.js or other GIS/3‑D frameworks.Experience with Firebase Functions, Cloud Run or serverless back‑ends.Exposure to ML Ops or data‑labelling workflows.Familiarity with mobile accessibility and internationalisation standards.
