We are looking for a Japanese speaking person to join our growing team at Swift Trader. The role involves direct communication with our Client Support team in Japan. Must be able to work in Australia. 1-2 years' experience in a Forex & CFD broker required. Ideal candidates will be familiar with MT4/5 and understand the Margin Forex and CFD space. We are looking for someone who wants to use their knowledge base in Client Support to progress into direct sales and IB interfacing with an already established book of clients and affiliates
Role Requirements:
Answering Client Inquiries: Respond to client questions via live chat, phone, or email about account setup, trading platforms, margin requirements, spreads, and leverage. Onboarding New Clients: Assist new clients through the account registration and verification process, including KYC/AML documentation checks. Providing Platform Support: Help clients navigate and troubleshoot the MT5 platforms including login issues, trade execution problems, or chart setup. Handling Deposit & Withdrawal Issues: Guide clients through funding and withdrawing from their accounts and address any issues with payment gateways or transaction delays.Reporting Suspicious Activity: Flag and report suspicious client behaviour or potential fraud in line with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., AML laws).Logging and Escalating Technical Issues: Document technical issues or complaints and escalate them to IT, compliance, or trading desk teams when necessary.Multi-language Support: Communicate with international clients in multiple languages (if applicable) or work with translation tools or colleagues to support diverse customers. Educating Clients: Explain how margin trading works, the risks involved, and how to use various tools like economic calendars, risk calculators, and demo accountsGathering Client Feedback: Collect and report client feedback to help improve services, trading conditions, and overall customer experience.
Skills Required:Strong working knowledge of MT4 and/or MT5 trading platformsSolid understanding of Margin Forex and CFD marketsProven experience in client support within financial services or trading environmentsInterest in progressing into direct sales and IB (Introducing Broker) relationship managementAbility to build rapport and interface with an existing book of clients and affiliatesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsMarketing acumen, with the ability to create and adapt content for client education and engagement (highly regarded)Self-motivated with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset
