As a Chef at Banyan Tree Indian Restaurant, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for culinary excellence. The role involves end-to-end kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation. You will work closely with management and the kitchen team to innovate new dishes while upholding the authenticity of Indian flavours. Task & Responsibilities

• Plan menus, estimate food and labour costs, and order supplies.
• Monitor dish quality during all stages of preparation and presentation.
• Discuss food preparation issues with management and service staff.
• Demonstrate techniques and provide guidance on cooking procedures.
• Prepare and cook meals to restaurant standards.
• Enforce hygiene and food safety regulations.
• May select and train kitchen staff.
• May be involved in freezing and preserving food items.

Qualification & Experience

Experience- 1–2 years in a similar role.

Minimum Qualification: Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
