Busy Bees at Torquay is a purpose-built 114-place early learning centre located in a vibrant coastal community. We are currently seeking two passionate and experienced professionals to join our leadership team:

💰 Hourly Rate: $43.99 – $49.43 (negotiable based on experience)

As Centre Director, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our high-quality 114-place service. You’ll lead a dedicated team, manage compliance and operations, and build meaningful connections with families and the local community.

Key Requirements:

• ACECQA-approved Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education

• Previous experience as Centre Director or 2IC

• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and early childhood regulations

• Financial and team management experience

💰 Hourly Rate: $38.15 – $39.39 (plus Educational Leader allowance)

As Educational Leader, you’ll inspire and guide educators to deliver outstanding programs, mentor their development, and ensure learning experiences align with the EYLF and NQS.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)

• Experience as a Lead Educator or Educational Leader

• Strong curriculum knowledge and team leadership skills
