Role: Inside Sales Rep
Location: SYD with hybrid work options available. Mandatory in office days on Tuesday & Thursday
Start Date: ASAP
Pay rate: Up to $51 p/hr + super
Shift times: Monday - Friday 8 hours per day
Day to day role responsibilities:
- Qualify restaurant leads in ANZ
- Initial outreach to restaurants (100 sales calls a week)
- Field Sales visits (1x every month)
- Close inside sales opportunities for offshore team
- Support new city launches in Australia and NZ
- Support onboarding and activation of new restaurants
- Engage directly with audience to confidently communicate the Uber Eats Delivery Partner proposition and educate them about the brand, promotion and sign-up process
- Comfortable approaching local organisations (e.g. councils, tertiary education campuses and libraries) to build awareness of the upcoming Uber Eats launch and request access to their community channels.
- Distribute promotional materials at various locations (retail, high foot traffic areas, universities, etc.).
- Communicate with the operations team to resolve questions & escalate matters
- Build positive relationships with customers, collect feedback and capture consumer insights, preferences, and behaviors
Key role competencies:
- (End to end sales cycle) Ability to drive momentum from first touch point with a partner through to mature lifecycle and revenue generation, inclusive of objection handling related to product use and commercial & legal terms.

Successful applicants will have:
- Previous sales experience (SDR / BDR / AE)
- Passion for hospitality and restaurant industry
- Ability to work in a flexible, start-up environment
