Junior Estimator

TEN Recruitment is partnering with a respected Perth-based D&C contractor to find a Junior Estimator ready to step up. With major industrial projects underway and a secure pipeline, this is a chance to grow your estimating career in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Your Role:

• Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets
• Interpret drawings and specs for accurate pricing
• Source and manage quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
• Contribute to tender submissions and quantity take-offs
• Collaborate with project and design teams to align cost and delivery

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous estimating experience in commercial or industrial builds
• Confident in reading plans and project documentation
• Skilled in Excel and estimating software
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights are essential
