Junior Property Manager

Baker Recruitment is excited to partner with one of Sydney's most reputable developers. They are seeking a Junior Property Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for an experienced leasing consultant looking to level up their career & join an award-winning, dynamic & supportive team.

Duties:

• Working alongside 1 Senior Property Manager with a portfolio of 300 units based in the one location! 
• Manage tenant relations and property maintenance
• Handle leasing, inspections, and renewals
• Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations
• Prepare and update websites with properties and advertising material
• Provide exceptional customer service

The Person: 

• Leasing Consultants considered!
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration, driver’s licence and access to own vehicle.
• Strong professional communication skills
• Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities with precision.
• Mandarin speaking advantageous
