We are currently seeking a Lead Educator to join our team.

Required Skills & Experience
Able to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment
Able to form genuine relationships with children, parents and team members
Fantastic communication skills and the ability to work as a team
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Good working knowledge of the EYLF & NQS/NQF
Previous experience in an early childhood setting
Able to plan and implement a quality early learning program
Ability to document children’s individual learning
Able to critically reflect and strive for continuous improvement
Essential Criteria
ACECQA approved Diploma qualification or equivalent
Current Blue Card
ACECQA approved First Aid & CPR qualification
Child Protection Certificate
Food Handling Certificate
Able to bring enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism, motivation and reliability to the role
