You're the kind of person who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment and knows how to bring out the best in others.

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  
• A valid WWCC/Blue Card
  
• Experience in a leadership or room leader role within an early childhood setting
  
• Completed or willingness to complete training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety
  
• Solid understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  
• Full availability Monday to Friday, between 6:30am–6:30pm
