The service is a vibrant and nurturing environment dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education and care. The center is committed to fostering a supportive and engaging atmosphere for both children and staff, where creativity, growth, and learning are at the core of everything that they do.

The Opportunity  

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Room Leader to work autonomously within an established and supportive service. As the Room leader, you will be responsible for the running of the Under 3's room.  

You will be rewarded with Above Sector Rates, fortnightly RDO, ongoing professional development and training and support from committee and management.
 
The Ideal Educator

You will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA assessed equivalent and present with a strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable talking to parents.  

The ideal candidate will:

• Diploma in Children’s services (Or ACECQA assessed equivalent) 
• Has a current First aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (HLTAID004) 
• Hold a current Working with Children Card- Employee
