Role and Responsibilities:
Lead & mentor carpenters in executing construction projects with precision and quality.Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.Interpret plans, specifications, and designs to ensure accurate execution of carpentry work.Monitor and maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Carpenter / Leading Hand with at least 3 years of experienceTrade qualification in Carpentry (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent).Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Current White Card, and a full Driving License
