What We’re Looking For:

  • A confident, reliable individual who can lead and run their own job site

  • Strong ability to coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects running smoothly

  • A commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship on every job

  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive, can-do attitude

  • Excellent communication skills with clients, trades, and team members

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet and handle challenges confidently

  • Ability to read and interpret plans, scopes of work, and project documentation

 

About You – What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 🛠️ Trade-qualified carpenter with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential construction

  • 🧱 Proven experience in a Leading Hand or supervisory role, or a strong willingness to learn and grow quickly into one

  • 📏 Excellent understanding of construction methods, standards, and site procedures

  • 💬 Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to keep jobs on track

  • 👷‍♂️ Able to work independently and manage small teams with confidence

  • ✅ Must have a White Card, valid driver’s licence, and Carpentry Licence

  • 🧠 Leadership qualities, strong work ethic, and a high level of reliability

  • Positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality workmanship

  • 💪 Physically fit and ready to take on a hands-on role
