Your Role:
As a Leading Hand, you’ll be responsible for supervising and working hands-on with a team to deliver landscape construction projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the company owners and clients to ensure each build is executed to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing daily site operations and leading a small crew

• Reading and interpreting landscape plans and construction drawings

• Installing pools, paving, retaining walls, decking, irrigation, softscapes and more

• Ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

• Communicating with clients and managing on-site problem-solving

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape construction as tradesman

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Sound knowledge of hardscape and softscape construction

• Ability to read and execute plans accurately

• Driver’s license and white card (essential)

• Trade qualification in landscaping or construction (preferred)
