Legal Counsel

You will be joining a leading health services organisation as a Legal Counsel with a strong focus on professional indemnity in Sydney within an established national legal team going through a growth phase. About the Role Responsibilities include: Manage a portfolio of claims and notifications across civil, disciplinary, and medico-legal matters.Deliver timely telephone and written advice to clientsCollaborate with internal teams and contribute to process improvements and audits.Ensure compliance with internal policies and legislative requirements. About You You have: 1-2PQE with relevant legal qualifications and current practising certificateStrong understanding of professional indemnity or personal injury law is highly regardedStrong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
