About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Industrial Electrician to join our dynamic team at Tetris Group in Emu Plains, NSW. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our electrical infrastructure, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our industrial facilities.
What you'll be doing
Performing a wide range of electrical installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on industrial equipment and systems
Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues, and implementing appropriate solutions
Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities to identify and address potential problems
Interpreting and following electrical schematics, diagrams, and other technical documentation
Collaborating with other trades professionals to ensure the seamless coordination of projects
Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements
What we're looking for
A valid Electrical Contractor License or Qualified Supervisor Certificate
Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Industrial Electrician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, drawings, and other technical documentation
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all relevant safety protocols
A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
