Location: Melbourne Multi-brand – Melbourne CBD
Salary: $65,000- $72,000 plus super
Our Client Our client is a prestigious luxury brand seeking a Boutique Support Executive to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless administrative operations and delivering exceptional client service within their boutique environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
- Manage sales collections, banking, and invoice tracking.
- Maintain accurate stock details and perform end-of-day processes.
- Coordinate delivery arrangements and provide repair status updates.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit processes and company policies.

Client Service Experience:
- Handle client inquiries and process orders efficiently.
- Engage with clients by providing timely updates and resolving queries.
- Administer feedback forms and ensure prompt responses.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Accurate reporting of stock and repair counts.
- Timely response to client inquiries and quotations.
- Continuous improvement in internal audit processes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (advantageous).
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and client orientation.
