Maintenance Carpenter

We are a well-respected construction firm specialising in complete projects of all types. We have grown our business by placing a great emphasis on delivering the highest level of service to achieve and exceed customer expectations.

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Carpenter (experienced all round Handy Man) to join our Maintenance Care Team to provide an ongoing onsite warranty and maintenance care package to our completed projects. 

Some key responsibilities include:

·        Use of carpentry, plastering, painting or tiling experience.

·        All round maintenance work on commercial projects.

·        Inspect projects and conduct repairs or maintenance when required.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial construction:

·        Trade Certificate in Carpentry or equivalent.

·        EWP and first aid ticket desired but not essential.

·        Construction Induction Card (White Card).

·        Working at Heights Training desirable but not essential.

·        Strong, effective communication skills (written & verbal).

·        Driver’s License, own vehicle and tools.

·        Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
