We help clients to navigate the complex regulatory landscape in order to build and implement risk management frameworks and governance solutions, that ensure compliance with all relevant obligations, optimal management of operational risk, and standards of conduct consistent with contemporary customer and regulatory expectations. We are currently seeking an experienced Manager to join our dynamic and fast growing team, where you will have the opportunity to work on high profile client projects, delivering exceptional client outcomes, while managing and developing a team of Consultants. You will have the opportunity to work across the breadth of domains within our risk & regulatory consulting practice. This role is based in our Sydney office with hybrid working arrangements available. In this role you will have the opportunity to: Manage responsibility in the delivery of high profile GRC engagements with many of Australia’s most iconic organisations. Client relationship management. Management and development of Consultants within the team. Assist with practice and engagement management. More About You At least 5 years + experience working in a consulting environment Experience working across the regulatory and compliance landscape and operational and conduct risk Practical experience with the development of governance and risk management frameworks. Sound knowledge of key regulations and regulator expectations including the Corporations Act, ASIC and APRA requirements Understanding of how the risk management framework and operating model can support leading organisations deliver business and customer outcomes and the role of automation, analytics and AI in achieving this. Experience with large scale remediation, transformation or regulatory change. programs, while not essential, is highly beneficial. Ability to manage and develop people. Familiarity with emerging regulatory requirements and focus areas for risk management including ESG and AI risk management. Effective project management skills. Relevant graduate or post graduate qualifications.
